Kolkata police asked students to contact police if they face disturbance during the board exams
Wishing luck to the students for upcoming board exams, Kolkata Police Commissioner, Anuj Sharma asked students to dial 100 and contact police if they face any disturbance during the board exams due to music on loudspeakers and any other issue.On Saturday evening, Sharma also provided four mobile numbers – 432610443, 9432610446, 9874903465, 9432624365 for the students on which they can contact the force. The numbers were shared via a tweet.“Wish the students all the best for their exams. In case of any disturbance to your studies due to loud music, miking etc or any other issue #Dial100 or Call/WhatsApp message at the following numbers!! #WeCareWeDare @KPTrafficDept @KolkataPolice @MamataOfficial,” tweeted CP Kolkata.The police said that they have received large number of requests at Kolkata Police headquarters in Lalbazar and its social networking page from the students seeking their help during the board exams.“Respected authority, as board exams and other exams are approaching, we students are facing the problem of loud music in our locality almost every day. Be it a private function or a political agenda, people are setting up huge speakers and decks even after 10PM,” tweet of one student Raghav Agarwal, read.
